Getting Started
How do I sign up?

We take a "Safety First" approach. Every new client starts with a Mandatory Meet & Greet Assessment ($25).

  1. Fill out the New Client Form.
  2. We schedule a 20-30 min home visit to meet you and your pet.
  3. If it's a match, we set up your portal and lock in your schedule!
How do you access my home?

Option A (Preferred): You provide a lockbox with a key, kept on your property. This ensures access even in emergencies.

Option B: Keyless Entry / Garage Code.

Option C: Key on File. We keep your key in a secure, coded safe at our HQ. (Note: $10 pick-up/drop-off fee applies).

The Service
Will I get the same walker every time?

Yes. Consistency is key for training. You will have a dedicated Primary Handler. We also introduce a secondary "Backup Handler" so you are never left stranded if your primary is sick or on vacation.

Do you walk dogs in packs?

Generally, no. We specialize in individual focus. Most walks are solo or paired (2 dogs max) with a compatible buddy. We only do small groups if the dogs are best friends and you specifically request it.

What if it rains or snows?

We walk rain or shine! In extreme heat (>95°F) or dangerous cold, we modify the visit to be "Potty + Indoor Enrichment" to keep your dog safe while still burning energy.

Health & Behavior
My dog is reactive/anxious. Can you help?

Yes. This is our specialty. Unlike app walkers, our team is trained in defensive handling and threshold management. We require a Behavioral Assessment ($145) for dogs with bite history or severe reactivity to ensure we can handle them safely.

What vaccinations do you require?

For everyone's safety, all dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. We also strongly recommend flea/tick prevention.

Billing & Policies
How does payment work?

We use a secure online portal (credit/debit).
Daily Walks: Billing is Friday for the upcoming week... Always paid ahead of time or paid for at time of booking for one-time walks.
Boarding/Training: 50% deposit to book, 50% due on start date.

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Walks: Free cancellation with 24-hours notice. Less than 24 hours = Full Charge.
  • Boarding: 7 days notice required for deposit refund.
